The house sits overlooking Sebago Lake. Being in the kitchen there was no view of the lake, however, by removing a portion of the wall and contouring it, you create ample seating, a better view, and space for appliances. This allows the individual in the kitchen to have full functionality whilst also having entertainment space and a gorgeous view.

The cabinetry is by Diamond in their specialty laminate wood tones – Artic, with the Trantor door style which gives a more contemporary look with the slab doors and drawer fronts in a Full Overlay Design. The countertop material is Quartz by Silestone featuring Charcoal Soapstone in the Suede finish. 

 This design includes many drawers for convenient storage. Some drawers are deeper giving easy access to all cookware and other drawers are included for the smaller items such as utensils, glassware, aluminum foil, or other important items. 

A full-size pantry with roll-out trays for food storage sits next the refrigerator and only a step away from the peninsula which is great for kids to sit and be a part of the cooking experience but not physically in the kitchen while the chef is hard at work.
